Ryan Donohue serves as a Strategic Advisor for NRC Health. He has authored many publications on strategic branding and consumerism, including The New Payer: What Makes the Healthcare Consumer Tick? and The Curious Case of the Healthcare Consumer. His latest research has culminated in a book called Patient No Longer, available through Health Administration Press.  

He’s been featured on the Beckers Hospital Review website and podcast, speaking about price-transparency lessons that consumers can teach hospitals, how pandemic stress has affected parenting, and the impacts of AI on patient experience and patient care.

Donohue, who previously had stints at Cartoon Network and Sports Illustrated, now hosts the popular Patient No Longer podcast, where he speaks with industry leaders.
